Problem FOUR is your screws.
They are too close to the edge of the board. It is recommended to screw 10mm/1cm away from the edge of the board to avoid breakage.
KNAUF board comes in the right size which makes it easier to fix on the brandering and also provides enough space on the edges to drill, this prevents the board edges from breaking.
